1Information we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service.
• Connected platform data from third-party accounts you choose to link (for example TikTok), described in Section 3.
• Mobile phone number and SMS consent if you opt in to receive text messages from us, described in Section 4.
• Voice call data such as call audio, transcripts, and consent records when you interact with our automated voice assistant, described in Section 5.
• Generation inputs such as the prompts and inputs you provide when you use the Service to generate content, described in Section 6.
• Billing information when you purchase a paid plan, described in Section 7.
• Usage data such as log information and basic analytics used to operate and secure the Service.

2How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate content at your direction and to publish or schedule it to platforms you connect.
• To operate our automated voice assistant and keep a record of the interaction and any consent given.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information.

3TikTok data

If you connect a TikTok account, you authorize Belken to access certain TikTok data through TikTok's official APIs, limited to the permissions you approve:

• user.info.basic: your basic profile (display name, avatar) to confirm the connected account.
• video.upload and video.publish: to upload, schedule, and publish videos to your own TikTok account when you choose.

We use TikTok data only to provide these features. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the Service (Section 9). Access tokens are stored securely and used solely on your behalf. Our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms and Platform guidelines.

4SMS / text messaging

Belken Ventures operates SMS programs for appointment confirmations, reminders, missed‑call follow‑ups, and occasional service offers. You opt in by providing your mobile number on our contact or booking form, verbally, or by texting a keyword to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or your SMS opt‑in and consent information, with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you signed up for and is shared solely with the service providers needed to send those messages on our behalf.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also email info@belken.ai for help.

5Voice calls & recordings

When you interact with our automated voice assistant, we collect and process the call audio, a transcript of the conversation, your phone number, the date and time and outcome of the call, and any consent you give during the call. Calls begin with an audible notice that the call may be recorded; continuing the call indicates your consent. We use this information only to provide and operate the Service (connecting you to the business you were called on behalf of, scheduling, follow-up, quality, and keeping a record of consent). We do not sell call recordings or transcripts, and we do not use them for advertising.

6AI content generation

At your direction, the Service uses AI systems to generate content such as text, images, audio, and video. We process the prompts and inputs you provide in order to generate that content and operate the Service. The AI providers we rely on handle data under their own terms, and we do not sell your generation inputs.

7Payment information

When you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain billing records such as plan, amount, date, and the last four digits and status needed for accounting and support. Our payment processor handles card data under its own privacy and PCI obligations.

8Data retention & deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. Call recordings, transcripts, and consent records are retained only as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You can disconnect any linked platform at any time from the Belken dashboard or from that platform's own settings, which immediately revokes our access. To delete your account and associated data, email info@belken.ai and we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

9Sharing & service providers

We share information only with infrastructure, hosting, and payment providers that help us run the Service, and only to the extent necessary. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

10Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of access credentials. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data.

11Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can revoke third-party connections at any time.

12Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
